These terms govern the AlertsArena text-message notification program ("SMS Program") operated by AlertsArena (alertsarena.com). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

The SMS Program sends transactional notifications to AlertsArena subscribers who opt in: notifications that a new trade alert has been posted to a feed you subscribe to, login verification codes, and account or billing notices such as trial-expiration and renewal reminders. Messages are informational only and are not investment advice.

2. Opt-in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box in your account settings or during signup on alertsarena.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any subscription.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your subscription and alert activity.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. AlertsArena does not charge for SMS, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any AlertsArena message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe at any time through your account settings.

7. Privacy

Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are used only to operate the SMS Program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

8. General

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. We may suspend or end the SMS Program, or update these terms, at any time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
