How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start the trial: connect Discord, add a card, and Erik's alerts channel unlocks. Nothing is charged for 7 days. On day 7 your card is charged the monthly price and the subscription continues — unless you cancel first from your billing portal (two taps, linked in your welcome DM), in which case you pay nothing. We DM you before the trial ends. One free trial per Discord account. Once you're paying, all charges are final — see the refund policy.
Are there other traders on AlertsArena?
No. AlertsArena is Erik's alerts — one trader, one verified record, one subscription. Every entry, trim and exit he takes is announced the second his broker fills it, and his full record is public before you pay a cent. Want his trades placed in your own broker automatically? How do I know the records are real?
You don't have to take anyone's word for it — that's the point. Erik can't report his own results. Every number is computed by the platform from his timestamped, execution-verified fills, and every closed trade is published on his record page — wins, losses, and expirations alike. The record page, the live board and the recaps all read from the same ledger, so the numbers can't disagree.
How does 'Refer 3. Alerts FREE!' work?
Every friend who subscribes through your link takes a third off your alerts. One referral is ⅓ off, two is ⅔ off, and three makes your alerts FREE — for as long as they stay subscribed. That's the whole program: three, nothing more. Referrals count once their free trial converts to a paid subscription. Your referrals page shows your links, who you're getting credit for (including who's still in trial and their first billing date), and your next charge. If referrals drop off, billing adjusts at the next cycle — never mid-month.
How do I cancel or update my card?
The 💳 Manage my billing button in Discord's #manage-subscriptions channel (or your welcome DM) opens your personal billing portal — cancel, change cards, see invoices. Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep access through what you've already paid for. All charges are final; see the refund policy.
