All charges are final

AlertsArena subscriptions are billed monthly per Leader. Once a billing period has been charged, it is not refundable — in full or in part. There are no refunds and no prorated refunds. Alert content is delivered in real time and consumed immediately, so a charged month is a delivered month.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (linked in your welcome message and available on request). Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then ends. Canceling mid-month does not trigger a partial refund — you simply keep access through the paid period.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, that's a billing error and we'll correct it — email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with the email or Discord username on the account. Corrections of our errors are not refunds of delivered service.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — billing errors resolve faster with us directly. Accounts that charge back legitimately delivered service lose access.
